1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the e2bet platform and all its users. By registering on e2betapp.cam or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The payment account used for deposits and withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) must be in the registered member's own name. Using another person's payment account is not permitted.

3 Account Security

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account secure. Login credentials, passwords, and OTPs should never be shared with anyone. e2bet will never ask for a password or OTP by phone or message.

3.1 Password Policy

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must include numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters.
• Changing your password regularly is a good security practice.
• It is advised not to use the same password across multiple sites.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

It is mandatory to follow the specified methods and amount limits for deposits and withdrawals on e2bet.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, applicable to all payment methods. 4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

If any illegal or fraudulent transaction is suspected on an e2bet account, the platform reserves the right to suspend that account's transactions during the investigation.

5 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each game or event when placing bets on e2bet. Before betting in sports betting, casino, slots, or any other category, the detailed rules for that section should be read.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

• A bet is considered valid only after it has been fully processed and confirmed.
• e2bet reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that event are generally voided and the original stake is refunded.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect or unreasonable odds may be cancelled.

5.2 Fraudulent Betting

Any form of fraudulent activity on e2bet — including the use of bots, collusion, arbitrage betting, and exploiting any technical vulnerabilities — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed and all funds forfeited.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000, and before withdrawing winnings from the bonus, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the specific bonus terms allow it.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the account being closed.

6.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses

e2bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be void.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Age Verification

The minimum age to create an account or use any service on e2bet is 21. If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all related transactions will be cancelled.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using a third party's payment account.
• Operating an account while being a minor.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason (the member's own request or self-exclusion), any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if closed due to fraud or a breach of rules, the entire balance may be forfeited.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

e2bet places great importance on the privacy of members' personal information. Our Privacy Policy details what information is collected, how it is used, and under what conditions it may be shared with third parties.

9.1 Data Collection and Use
